I have been an entrepreneur and practicing Physician and Eye Surgeon for over twenty years. My ability to accomplish my goals has been directly related to my willingness to build and develop my own confidence and self-esteem. Also, in operating a busy private medical practice and overseeing my staff, I came to quickly connect the role that confidence and self-esteem played both in the personal and professional lives of employees and even in the quality of life and health of my patients.

While it is very gratifying to help people to see better with their eyes to function within their lives, it can be even more rewarding at times to help others see their own inner possibilities for empowerment, which I have been able to do by using some of the concepts that I have used for myself over time.

I believe that in order to create the life that you want, confidence and self-esteem has to be developed from the’ inside out’. My approach is to simplify cutting edge concepts from Neuroscience and integrate this scientific based information with personal development principles in an easy to understand format. By understanding and implementing the processes from my program, you are able to make the association between the way that you think, feel and act and your life experiences. You can then gain the clarity and know how needed, to create the personal and professional life you truly desire.

I received my professional coaching training from the NLP and Coaching Institute of California, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also a current member of the ICF.

It all starts with a vision and the willingness to develop a healthy sense of core confidence and self-esteem. Developing a new self-image, which absolutely influences your experiences in life, is an "inside job"!
